    The buyer shares product, specification, volume, destination and Incoterm.

  2. Verification

    Both sides complete KYC and sanctions screening before any offer is exchanged.

  3. Offer & contract

    Terms are agreed and set out in a written contract.

  4. Inspection & shipment

    Independent inspection at loading; documents are checked against the contract.

  5. Documents & close

    Documents are checked against the contract until the transaction is completed.

All counterparties, vessels and owners are screened against OFAC, UN, EU and UK lists.
